St Michael's is an active parish with many events for different ages and interests.

The two main summer events are the St Michael's Ball, held at Cadmore Lodge, and the St Michael's Village Fete.

In addition, there are regular meetings at the village hall for the following:

      • Family night - first Friday of the month

      • The floor - second Friday of the month, except July and August

      • Youth club - third Friday of the month

      • Table Tennis Club - every Wednesday October to March

      • Women's Institute - second Thursday of the month
